As the official arm of overseas humanitarian aid in the Archdiocese of Singapore, Caritas Humanitarian Aid & Relief Initiatives, Singapore (CHARIS) has responded to numerous disasters and humanitarian situations on behalf of the Catholic community in Singapore over the past months.
